President Zardari(Pakistan) Has a Message for Kossacks

This is a message penned by President Zardari of Pakistan in today's New York Times.   As it is an editorial by a world leader, and therefore basically a press release, I do not feel as constrained by free use policy as usual.  I urge all Kossacks to read this message since it is as much written to us as it is to all Americans and westerners;
